Yes all our Products are Acid and Lignin Free
What is the weight of your Cardstock and Papers
Our Papers and Cardstock range in weight. The most popular weight is the linen range at 216gsm. Our Glitter card averages at 250gsm and Glitter paper is 135gsm. The self-adhesive Glitter paper is 150gsm. Our smooth range is from 200gsm to 350gsm. Our metallic mirror is 250gsm. Our soft metallic card is 280gsm and The Chipboard weight ranges from 0.6mm to 1.8mm
What is the size of your Cardstock and Papers
Most of our Papers are 12×12 Size and A4 where stated on the smooth stock
How much is it to Ship your products
All shipping is based on weight and differs for locations. We always ship at the best and cheapest rate possible but you are always welcome to ask for a quote prior to dispatching or ordering.
Are your Digital Downloads Instant
No all our digital download Papers and SVG cut files ship within 24 hours via either a google drive link for large files (no account is needed) or email for smaller files. If you are wanting instant downloads you are welcome to go to our Partnered website Le Crystelle who produces all our digital cut files and papers and purchase directly from there.
